Do we use design systems, components, and auto-layout?
Yes, we believe it is necessary to have components, variables, & design systems in place.
In order to increase output, designing with components is typically reserved for the final stages implementation stages of a project. We work with minimal auto-layout in the beginning design stages until we perfect the design.
After all the initial designs have been fully developed, we’ll implement systems and components in place for maximum time efficiency.
Are there any trial periods or returns?
Due to the nature of design work, we do not offer trial periods or refunds. You can request as many changes as needed within the 30 days from initial payment date, ensuring the final design/copy is exactly what you want.
You have the flexibility to pause or cancel your service at any time, without any penalties, and we will revise it till you love it! Refunds are only granted if canceled within 48 hours of the initial payment and/or 1st request.
